Each capsule contains 750 mg of virgin rosehip vegetable oil*, a balanced plant source of 2 essential fatty acids: 35% alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) and 45% linoleic acid (omega 6). Rosehip also contains oleic acid, a fatty acid from the omega 9 series. All the benefits of a virgin quality vegetable oil*, unrefined and obtained by mechanical and cold pressing of the seeds.

Dosage
- From 12 to 18 years: 1 to 2 capsules a day.
- +18 years: 2 to 3 capsules a day.
