Pranarom Rosemary Essential Oil Qt Cineole

A small, tough-leaved shrub common in the low mountains of the Mediterranean region of North Africa. Its leaves are linear, leathery, and tough, with parallel edges rolled underneath. Its flowers are bluish, sometimes white. The cineole chemotype rosemary produces an essential oil similar to that of eucalyptus radiata and camphor.
Their oil is used for the same indications and they are combined with each other to obtain a superior synergy effect.

Dosage
Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 3 drops per day.
Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops - 100 mg.

Tips
With 10 drops of AEQT Rosemary cineole chemotype + 30 ml of Apricot Nut AV in a bottle with a glass pipette and rubber teat.
Very effective nasal drops are obtained to unclog, soothe, and care for a blocked nose.
