Colnatur is hydrolyzed protein collagen (CH) obtained by defatting and enzymatic hydrolysis of bones of animals for slaughter non-ruminants, food and traceable, which have not come out of the cold chain and have been treated at all times with the same meat hygiene requirements.
Unlike other commercial CH, Colnatur is made by a natural (non-chemical) process, a complete food safety, which has been evaluated and approved by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) (EFSA-Q-2004-085 ). This process, thermal and enzymatic, prevents the formation of dextrorotatory amino acids, neither recognized nor assimilated by our cells.
Colnatur contains no sweeteners, preservatives or colorings. It is also free of allergens, GMOs (genetically modified organisms), gluten, lactose or other sugars, cholesterol and fats, and carbohydrates.
