How to use:
-Granel: add a teaspoon for a large glass of water (250 ml). Cook for 2 min and let it rest for 10 min (covered). Drink a large glass 3 times a day before main meals. Pyramid: put a pyramid in a large glass (250 ml) and add boiling water. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes (covered). Take a large glass 2 times a day as a preventive and 4 times a day in acute conditions, preferably on an empty stomach. If you need to sweeten it is recommended to use stevia or honey instead of refined sugar.
