GHF Valerian 50 ml

It recovers the natural sedative properties of valerian in this tablet in order to treat states of stress, irritability, high blood pressure, headaches and insomnia, among others.
Its tranquilizing, hypnotic, spasmolytic, muscle relaxing, slightly hypotensive and anticonvulsant action is attributed to the synergism between the essential oil and valepotriates.

Indications:

Anxiety, insomnia, irritability, tachycardia, high blood pressure, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal spasms, gastralgias. Myalgias, muscle contractures.

Dysmenorrhea, disorders associated with the climacteric. Asthma and bronchospasms of nervous origin.

Composition : 60ml of extract with 0.01% total valerenic acids based on glycerin

Dosage:

Take 10-15 drops. In cases of nervousness and hyperactivity, this dose can be increased up to four times throughout the day.
Do not administer for long periods of time without breaks
