The mint of the fields, thanks to its high content of menthol, is mainly used (in inhalation) to help decongest the nose and thus facilitate breathing. Like peppermint, peppermint also promotes digestion and helps to reduce the unpleasant feeling of inflammation after heavy meals.
Instructions for use:
-Orally: Take 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
-Skin: Massage, bath: Apply 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
-Diffusion: Apply 5 to 10 drops according to preference or room size.
