Arginine is the immediate precursor of nitric oxide (NO) and is necessary for creatine synthesis.

Instructions for use:
- Mix a daily dose (20 g) in 500 ml of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Let it rest for a while so that it dissolves better.
- Take before, during or after training.
