Solaray's primrose oil is obtained from primrose seed (Oenothera biennis L), which is one of the largest sources of Omega 6 (GLA and LA), following a cold-pressed process.

How to use:

Take 1 pearl a day during food or with a glass of water.

Per pearl: 

- Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) 500 mg. 

That it contributes: 

- GLA (gamma linolenic acid) 50 mg. 
- LA (linoleic acid) 370 mg. 
- Gelatine. 
- Glycerin
